When the candle closes on BUY the EA will open a BUY trade

When the candle closes on SELL the EA will open a SELL trade


If the FIRST trade is placed on BUY, and the SECOND candle also closes on green, the EA MUST take into consideration the DISTANCE of the FIRST trade (if the DISTANCE is not upto 100pips DO NOT BUY the second 

If the FIRST trade is placed on SELL, and the SECOND candle also closes on red, the EA MUST take into consideration the DISTANCE of the FIRST trade (if the distance is not upto 100pips DO NOT SELL the second

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
