I want a indicator to find the pattern as shown below in the stochastic indicator.
Falling down wave pattern: shown in Picture 1and 2
The Value of K of the stochastic indicator fall from a high point which there is no any another higher point before and then rises to create 1st lower high. When the 2nd lower high is just formed but before the K line crossing the D line and then send an alarm to my email. When the 3rd lower high is just formed but before the K line crossing the D line and then sends an alarm to my email also. When the 4th lower high is formed and also send alarm in the same way. Besides, the indicator has to draw an arrow where the alarm sends out.
Rising wave pattern: shown in Picture 3and 4
In the rising wave pattern, the alarm has to send to my email at 2nd ,3rd and 4th higher low formed but before the K line crossing the D line of the stochastic indicator. An arrow should be drawn when alarm sends out.
There are some conditions that the wave pattern should be met.
1. The height of the wave should not too small. If it is small than a certain value, then the small wave won't be counted (shown as Picture5 and 6). The indicator should have the parameter of the minimum value of height of the wave that can be set by myself. The height of the wave should be counted as Picture 5 and 6.
2.In the rising pattern, the 2nd and 3rd higher high should not be too high than a certain value(shown in Picture7). If it is too high, the alarm will not send out at the 2nd and 3rd higher low. The maximum value of the 2r and 3rd higher high can be set by myself.
In the falling pattern, the 2nd and 3rd lower low should not be lower than a certain value( (shown in Picture8) . If it is too low, the alarm will not send out at the 2nd and 3rd lower high. The minimum value of the 2nd and 3rd lower low can be set by myself.
3.Sometime, the pattern wont's appear perfectly at the market, so that there will be some situations of the pattern that can be tolerated.
For example, the 2nd higher low shown in the Picture 9 is not higher than the 1st higher low. If it is lowered than the 1st higher low for a certain value which should not be too much, it is acceptable, and the alarm will still be sent out at 3rd higher low. The indicator should have the parameter of that value (the difference between 1st and 2nd higher low) so that it can be set by myself. I called this difference as tolerant value.
Another example, Picture10 shows that one of the higher highs is lower than the one before, it is acceptable if the difference between two higher highs is not too large. The indicator should have the parameter of that tolerant value so that it can be set by myself.
In a perfect falling pattern, there should be one wave lower than one wave. That means lower high and lower low after are lower than the lower high and lower low before. But how many lower highs and lower lows which are not perfectly formed can be allowed, it should be decided by myself. So, the indicator should have parameters that the number of lower highs and lower lows which are not perfectly formed.
In a perfect rising pattern, there should be one wave higher than one wave. That means higher high and higher low after are higher than the higher high and higher low before. But how many higher highs and higher lows which are not perfectly formed, it should be decided by myself. So, the indicator should have parameters that the number of higher highs and higher lows which are not perfectly formed.
The parameters that the indicator should have:
1.The parameter of a normal stochastic indicator (3 parameters)
2.E-mail input
3. The minimum value of height of the wave
4. The maximum value of the 2r and 3rd higher high
5. The minimum value of the 2nd and 3rd lower low
6.The tolerant value
7. The number of lower highs which are not perfectly formed can be tolerated(Start from 0 ,0 mean no tolerance)
8.The number of lower lows which are not perfectly formed can be tolerated(Start from 0 ,0 mean no tolerance)
9. The number of higher highs which are not perfectly formed can be tolerated(Start from 0 ,0 mean no tolerance)
10.The number of higher lows which are not perfectly formed can be tolerated(Start from 0 ,0 mean no tolerance)
Draw an arrow in the indicator where the alarm sent out.
