Create MQL4 Indicator replica of Tradingview Sessions Indicator

I am looking for a developer to create a multiple session indicator that does the same job as this indicator right here. Its called the "90 Minute Cycles + MTF" Tradingview indicator by @HandlesHandled. PLEASE SEE Attached images to get a good look at what the indicator should look like.

Basically it makes all price divided by time. One day is 24 hours. Each day contains four 6 hour sessions. Each 6 hour session contains four 90 minute cycles. Total of sixteen 90 minute sessions in one day.

The exact timing of these sessions are shown below (NY time):

Each session should be labeled at the top

Daily A (18:00 - 00:00)

• Asian A (18:00 - 19:30) 
• Asian M (19:30 - 21:00)
• Asian D (21:00 - 22:30)
• Asian R (22:30 - 00:00)

Session Colors (borders should be dashed lines):

• Daily A/M/D/R sessions (6 hours): light gray (6 hour sessions should be overlapping the 90 minute sessions)
• Asian/London/NY/PM "A" Sessions (90 min): light blue
• Asian/London/NY/PM "M" Session (90 min): light red
• Asian/London/NY/PM "D" Session (90 min): light green
• Asian/London/NY/PM "R" Session (90 min): light gray

Indicator should only be visible on M15 and below timeframes
