Trading ea based on 2 indicators i will provide

I would like someone to program an ea for me. This ea is based on 2 indicators i will provide. The strategy is simple. When both indicators say buy then the ea places a buy on candle close until both indicators say sell. Then when both indicators agree on a sell on candle close then the ea will close the buy position and then place a sell on candle close. Both indicators do not need to be on the same candle! Just when they both agree on direction. no stop loss and no take profit. just signal to signal type of ea. Please see attachments of screen shots of the strategy. The indicators are the white circles and red and blue squares. For inputs I would like an option of a re entry with a lot size i can choose because there are times when one or the other indicator indicates a re entry. but i would like to be able to turn this feature off if i want to. This is strategy number 1

for strategy 2 i would like the ea to place trades based on the white circles only. the ea will place a trade when a circle appears and on candle close. if it is a buy then ea will place a buy on that candle close and i want the ea to close the position on the very next candle close. then if the circle says to sell. place sell entry on candle close and i want the ea to close the position on the very next candle close. thats it. no stop loss and no take profit option needed. please see attached photos for clarification.

I want just one ea with both strategies. but I will only use one strategy at a time so for inputs be able to choose which strategy I want to run and turn the other strategy off. 

I also have an equity protector i will provide that i would like attached to the ea inputs. The equity protector does simply this. it protects my accounts equity. basically it is an ea but all it does is closes all positions and turns off auto trading if my equity hits a pre determined dollar amount whether is it account growth or account drawdown. this ea is .exe but i have seen this attached to other ea's before. If this is not possible then for inputs of this custom ea you will make I would like option for the ea to turn off auto trading and close all positions at a pre determined dollar amount for drawdown. and also an input for account growth. basically it is a stop loss and take profit but in equity or dollar amount and not pips or points. example, If i have a $1000 trading account i will put in inputs to close all positions and turn off auto trading if my account hits $500 equity (for drawdown) also in this $1000 account example i will input if my account hits $2000 equity (for growth) the ea will close all postions and turn off autotrading. but for inputs i may not use it at all sometimes so i want the ability to use it or not as i choose. 

I am using a renko chart also.

attention to detail is very crutial to me on this and i will only select someone who can show me attention to detail. If any questions at all please ask them. again i want someone with attention to detail.  i want the ea to be called     AVENGERS.....ASSEMBLE!
