An expert advisor based on VWAP

I want to order an expert advisor with the following rules:

1. Long position

Entry: Price closes above session VWAP.

Stoploss: Placed under low of the bar + spread

Lot size: Determined by x% of capital and stop loss points

For example, if capital is $10,000 and risk is 2% and stoploss is 4 points,

Lotsize= 0.02*10000/4=50 units

Exit: Price closes below session VWAP or when stoploss hit.

2. Short position

Entry: Price closes below session VWAP.

Stoploss: Placed at high of the bar + spread

Lot size: Determined by x% of capital and stop loss points

For example, if capital is $10,000 and risk is 2% and stoploss is 4 points,

Lotsize= 0.02*10000/4=50 units

Exit: Price closes above session VWAP or when stoploss hit

3. Additional rules/specifications

1. To place trade only between London and New York Session at GMT +8 timezone

2. To stop trading after 3 consecutive losses

3. Provide alert or notification when trade is placed or closed

4. Option to input take profit level based on points or price

5. Lot size should take into account the instrument traded

6. Source code needs to be provided
