Moving average EA

Hello developers, final budget (( 30 $ ))

I have Moving average EA and i want to add and modification :

1- Add  dynamic lot size % of account, And keeping fixed lot.

2- Add  Time start HH-MM  0=off

3-  Add  Time end HH-MM   0=off

4- Add  Close time for open positions  0=off

5- Add Day of work Mo,Tu,We,Th,Fr

6- (( 0=off )) Add specified amount option, that mean let's say i have 1000$ in my account balance,I want the EA  work with specified amount, let's say 200$, And the EA work all the time with 200$ of 1000$ , Increasing  with profit trades and        decreasing with lost trades,work with      dynamic and fixed lot size and i want panel to know the growth of sub account,for exapmle i start with 200$ sub account from 1000$ main account,And the sub acount (200$) reached to 300$,I want to know that from panel,And if i closed the mt5 terminal and open it againوThe sub account 300$ unchanged,Unless I change it.

7- I have another EA time range i need just: It contains everything I want,But the sub account not change with the trades,For example i specify 200$ for sub account and risk 4% dynamic lot size,it still work 4% risk with 200$,Mean it not track the sub account,If increased,Iwant to modify it,And add panel for sub account amount.

8- I want the inputs in the Moving average EA,Like the my Time range EA,Thank you
