I want to create an Expert Advisor for MT4 platform based on a Breakout strategy

I would like it to use pending orders of buy\sell stop, placed at the high\low point of the market based on a specific time interval of that day, the stop loss should be placed at the other order opening point and the risk reward ration should be adaptable, with the exception of the STOP LOSS, he should be always placed at the entry point of the other pending or active order. When one of the orders is triggered, the other one should be delete and immediately open a new one at the same place but 6 times bigger with the  stop loss  fixed at the entry point of the active order and the risk reward ration should also be adjustable  . 

Should also have a risk setting based on the amount of money you want to risk per trade( i think an automatic lot converter based on the amount of money i want to risk  it's the best choice of words)
