hello expert developer's..........

i have strategies that send me the buy and sell signal in telegram, what i need is to connect telegram with the expert advisor code that i sent you, i just need that when the buy signal sent to me the buy signal is opened in metatrader according to the configuration that i set in the expert advisor and that when i enter the expert again I need to establish a secure connection with telegram  and metatrader also once the connection  is establish, I need several channels ID for the strategies.


Anyone who is capable of doing this should kindly bid for proper description of project.
