Easy Fix, EA Not Executing Correctly + Additional Risk Variants

I recently bought an EA and approved it and now the developer is not responding. 


The issue is that the execution is incorrect. I will attach a video of what it is doing. The EA also has editable risk variants that I will need to add to.


What I will need it:

-Long entry: price crosses down on 4h 4 EMA

-Short entry" price crosses up on 4h 4 EMA


Risk variants:

-0.5% of account per trade.

-$100 (USD) flat per trade.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
