Modification of an existing code

hello  i have  a small piece of mql5 code  ea     246 lines  i want modifiction 
1.add money management{risk per trade could be by balance or  by  equity ) 
2.add allow  one  trade at a  time
3.make  it a multipair   trading bot  {pass input  for about  some few pairs  to optimise efficiently)

4. add atr  filter  and also atr      stoploss and tp 
5 orther filters   like  rsi  etc to make it more efficient

5.add spread filter
6.  add  the indicator inputs for  optimization
7.make  it optimizable
8.add test hide indicator function
9, slipage add
10. add   session time ( assian ,london and newyork session)
11 add  risk reward ration  per atr or risk)
12.and  time filter  could be gmt local or server(start min end min  start hour end hour   and day  filter}
