FIX Protocol devloper wanted

I need EA which can gather data from data providers like LMAX , RITHIMIC ,SAXO BANK etc…

than process this data in mt4 to see the difference between price in milliseconds to make profit.

1- you should import the data feed  from  data provider.

2-process this imported data and make the required math calculations.

3-open trade when there is a specific difference between the fast imported data and mt4 price data (  I can specify this difference in points);

4- you must draw the imported fast data feed on the mt4 chart window as bid and ask horizontal white lines(ask price and bid price ) and must be updated each new tick arrives .

5- the developer must have done same EA before, please don’t message me if you didn’t do same job before.

6-the EA must be fast and tidy.

7- the developer must give a demonstration in how the EA works.

8- the developer must show me the difference between the prices and the gab should be tradable,otherwise I consider the EA very slow or fake.

9-the developer must handle the EA with  extensions  (.exe   .mql4);
