Breakout EA intra

Hi,

Im looking for someone who can make the following EA for backtesting purpose:

 - Trade only at x bar after breakout. Example; I look at the 08:00 bar (origin bar), if the 08:05 bar closes above/below the 08:00´s high/low then it will trade in that direction. On the daily time fram it´s simply the days instead of min. I want to be able to change the orgin bar, being min/hours/day/weeks or months

-         Specific SL and TP that can be changed

-         The pending trade will be canceled after x bars

-         Enable/disable trailing stop with x pips/points

-         Option to enable SL under the low/high of the origin bar. Meaning if a BUY breakout of a 08:00 bar then SL would at the low of the 08:00 bar

-         Option to enable RSI criteria to stay out of trades. Example, dont take a buy if RSI is over 75 and dont sell if below 25.

-         Option to enable Bollinger band criteria to stay of out trades. Example, dont take a trade if touching upper band and vice versa. (want to be able to change BB settings)

-         Option to enable 2x MA criteria. Example dont take a trade if under 10 MA and dont take buys if above 50 MA

All criteria shall be able to "talk together" meaning if I enable them all then all critiea has to be meet before a trade.
