Pullback Indicator needed

Hello.

I need a skilled coder to develop an indicator for the Mt4 that does the following:

-Identifies a market structure (downtrend or uptrend)

- Identifies a level of support/resistance where price struggles to break the point.

- The level is then broken with force with a big candle

- After the level is broken the price goes back to the level with a "U" or " "V"  formation

- The price touches the level again and so we enter the trade.

-Ideally, the higher timeframes are in line with the direction of the trend.

I would like to be pre-alerted of such pullback scenarios.
