Telegram Signal Copier for MT4 needed

The following project should be answered by programmers, who have A LOT of past experiences in creating robust Telegram-to-MT4-copiers:

We are sending signals in a standard format to a private telegram channel. The format will never change. The EA should read the signals and execute the signals on MT4 accounts. We need the MQL4 file and it should work for an unlimited number of people.

The functions of t he EA are not that extensive, we only need:
- Execution of orders in MT4
- TP adjustment when updates sent to Telegram Channel (handled via Ticket no.)
- Trade Open / Trade close
- Ability to enter a fixed number of lots per Trade

The product is needed within 3 days. Only respond if this is doable for you. We need unlimited revisions and the mql File. Signals are as on Screenshot. Access to Signal Channel will be granted for Testing.

It needs to be done by Saturday at 1pm Berlin Time. Please confirm. If it is late, the project will be cancelled.
