Looking to have a EA created around a specific FVG strategy and requirements.

Hi, with the basis of the idea I am looking to have an EA created to trade specific times after a specific range has been taken out. With this idea it would be needed to where the risk can be adjusted and can be ran of course to be backtested. To get into the strategy it will be a Fair Value Gap strategy on the 1 minute time frame. The idea is to trade in 90 minute sessions. I want the EA to find the high and low of a specific time frame and have a requirement for either the high or low to be taken out for a trade to be activated. Example: Timeframe of 08:30-10:00 >Once that time window ends, The EA would find the high and low within that time section > If low of that range is taken out then Fair Value Gap to the upside will be taken long on retest > If high of that time section is taken out then Fair Value Gap to the downside will be take on retest > Stop would go where trade is invalidated > and Profit Target can be adjusted by me within the trade with the default target set to 3R. I would greatly appreciate if someone could get back to me and see if this can be done.
