Replicate trend indicator on tradingview

Hi,

Can anyone help me to create an indicator on tradingview.

So the indicator on itself is pretty simple, it wrols with ema crossover and price crossing a ema.

Fully descripted it works with 2 clouds, global trend cloud wich is 10 ema with 50 ema crossover (this on daily timeframe). The local cloud is price following cloud and flips when price crosses 10 ema. Most important is that i need some strength meter for boths cloud and global strengt valuation of clouds together, like you see on the picture, Local trend, weak,low,average,strong then same for the global

unlike mt4/mt5, tradingview indicator cannot cross draw to another window.  for instance, a subchart indicator cannot draw the label/text on main chart.

as such your requirement could need to have 2 separate indicators (although some logics are duplicated) for main chart & sub chart display. Indicator may stay on mmain chart, the stregth meter is most important
