Modify the EA so all open orders have slightly different lot sizes.

For example, the EA places order #1 BUY for 0.09 lots.  This is ok because there are no open orders.  EA tries to open order #2 BUY for 0.09, but if it did both order #1 and #2 would be 0.09 lots.  Add 0.01 to order #2 so it will be placed for 0.10 lots.  Now the two open orders have different lot sizes.  An order #3 BUY cannot be for 0.09 or 0.10, it must be for 0.11 so all three are different.  And so on…

If the EA tries to place an order for any value different than currently open orders, allow it to do so.  So if order #4 was BUY 0.20 lots, no order modification is necessary because there is no order currently open for 0.20 lots.
