Create a new pending order with same price and tp after an order hits tp

Hello,

I'd like to request an EA which can be attached to multiple charts of different instruments.

The idea is simple, I need a UI inside EA where I can enter trigger price, lot size and take profit for 1 order. I'd need to create multiple orders for one instruments.

Once an order hits provided TP, it closes and another Pending order is applied with same trigger price and TP. Should work for both Buy and Sell orders.

The EA should also have a magic number so it does not interfere with any other orders put manually.

The EA should also work simultaneously on multiple instruments so for example I can add 5 buy orders on EURUSD and 5 sell orders on USDJPY. They'll keep reopening and hit TP unless I delete them from inside the EA.

These orders will not interfere with any other orders I trade.

Kindly do let me know the timeframe and cost for this project.
