Expert Advisor who trades on the basis of multi currencies Indicator signals.

I have an indicator that gives signals based on currency strength (multi currencies). Now I would like an Expert Advisor who trades on these signals. The indicator has different setting options to adjust the signals and I also want to be able to do this in the Expert Advisor so that it trades on it. 

Below I have described what exactly I want.

USABLE CURRENCY PAIRS:

Eight major currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD, and NZD.

USABLE TIMEFRAMES: All Time frames

I want the options below in the Expert Advisor:

• Revers trade signal (true/false)
• Lot Size Method (Auto Lot Size / Fixed Lot Size)
• Lot size fixed
• Lots per 1000 balance 0 = Disabled
• Risk Percent for Auto Lot Size
• Minimum Auto Lot Size
• Maximum Auto Lot Size
• Maximum Spread 0 = Disabled
• Slippage
• Maximum Open Trades
• Magic Number
• Trailing Activation 0 = Disabled
• Trailing Distance  0 = Disabled
• Trailing Step  0 = Disabled
• Breakeven  0 = Disabled
• Breakeven Protect  0 = Disabled
• Stop Loss  0 = Disabled
• Take Profit 0 = Disabled

EXPERT ADVISEUR:

The Expert Advisor must act when signals are pinned. Up arrow is to open a Buy position, Down arrow is to open a Sell position and if there is a gray cross don't open anything this is a false signal.

The indicator must be integrated into the Expert Advisor so that it is independent and does not need a separate indicator.

I also want to have all the settings in the indicator in the Expert Advisor so that I can adjust the signals as desired.

I would like to know what it will cost. Indicator is not shared until assignment.
