Outstanding! Delivered more than what I asked for. He suggested that I add an extra feature, and he did that for free. Very easy to communicate. I will use him again and again!

I am looking for a unique ‘trade tracker’ for MT4.

I am copying trades from a friend. It is simply copying, but I don’t know when it will close- it closes when my friend closes it. Although t has ‘fake’ TP and SL.

Suppose I want to open a new ‘clone’ trade myself in the same currency pair, and in the same direction etc, but I WANT TO CLOSE MY NEW TRADE when the old trade (that my friend opened) closes.

 

For this my inputs will be:

ID of my friends trade (Which I will call ID-A1 in my EA)

ID of the clone trade I opened (Which I will call ID-A2 in my EA)

 

The rule is close the trade with ID A2, if A1 closes. Do not close A1, if A2 closes. (I may close the clone trade manually, but I wouldn’t want to mess with the original trade)

 

….similarly if I am using this idea again and again for more trades for making more clones of trades , the pair will be

ID- B1, ID-B2

ID- C1, ID-C2

…..

(Ten pairs like this)

If it the pair is left ‘0’ , then don’t do anything.
