Creating EA from multiple Indicators : Urgent Job

We currently have 10 Indicators: 

1. Some are Matrix indicators showing multiple color of blue or red.

2. Some are indicators which are drawn on the chart showing the Support or Resistance levels as lines

3. Some are Proprietary Indicators for crossover 

4. Angle indicator showing which angle timeframes are moving, this is showing as a arrow up or down on a indicator window

5. Some are proprietary indicator similar to BB Bands


We would use all these indicators to see when to open an order, all these 10 indicators must match for order opening. 

We cannot provide source code for many indicators, we can provide the source code of some indicators.

We would need to test for 14 days on demo account and if it works we would like to get the source code as well to ensure this information stays with us.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
