Create atrading robot, using Bands on Different time frames, along with the option of profit taking and stop loss to adjust automatically and manually

Entry for short when  (and opposite rules for long)

Short term BBands touches the higher band under the same condition double that period is approaching / touching its prospective MA

(I need to be able to adjust B Bands setting)

to clarify the entry, we use a period and its double (i.e shorter term for example 30 mins and longer term 1 hour) or shorter term 1 day and longer term 2 days

So entry in the above example is when prices in 30 mins chart hits / touch is upper B Bands, under condition that prices in 1 hr chart rising to touch (Or come very close to 1 hr MA of the B Bands) So I need to be able to define whether  Price = MA or less than MA with crtain margin / Percentage wise)

exit strategy is a bit complicated as it is a mix of time  and signal based ... this also applies to stop loss, a mix of options / conditions (Price / time and signal based) so. at first stage lets focus on the entry

I need an expert whos familliar with Volatility ad B Bands and what it really does...

the proposed system will look into various instruments on different time scales (mainly 30 mins / hourly and 1/2days) so the system will work constantly screening such time frames

Finally in a later stage the developer shall be able to provide the same script / robot in Easy language and Interactive Broker API (but this is a later stage) this will be a plus when choosing a developer)
