This is an EA whose primary edge is based on momentum. The idea is that if price has moved a certain distance in one direction, then it’s likely to continue moving in that direction (or the opposite direction) for some time and distance.
I prefer MQL4 format if possible. Final delivery must include the MQ4 source file.
The basic idea of the EA is not complex, but I have specified six different trading 'modes' which are really just two different trading modes (trend and countertrend), each one with a slight modification.
I have written the requirements in this document. I have also attached the same document to this description. The online version will be the most current and correct version.
I have tried to be clear and omit nothing but if you find something confusing please let me know. I have tried to correct any errors but likely there might still be some. Please let me know if something does not make sense or is unrealistic in your opinion.
I will only select a provider who can show they have at least read some of the document and can assure me they know how to proceed. I know it is long, but most of it is images (chart examples) and white space caused by silly Google docs formatting.
The cost of the work is also negotiable if you feel your expertise is worth more or that I am asking for something difficult; I am willing to entertain offers. Thank your for bidding on my project.

I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells

I installed the E.A. into the Experts folder in MT4. When I double click on it nothing happens. When I right click and "attach to chart" nothing happens. The E.A. is not grayed out, it simply will not attach. Any help would be greatly Appreciated
