Fulfilling Orders outside of the Freelance service

I am looking for coding an MT5 indicator called "Ready-Made Rectangle".

Please look at the picture in the document attached


AS you can see, we should develop 5 small buttons, when you clic once it should paint a new rectangle.

We have 5 rectangles with different colors and horizontal lines within it. 

Important.

The horizontal lines must automatically adapt and adjust when I drag and drop anywhere on the graphic and the lines must automatically adapt and adjust to their proper positions (25%, 50% and 75%) each time I modify the width and height of the rectangle.

According to your experience, let me know what's the average price for this Ready Made Rectangle and how long would it take to make it done?
