Standard MACD Crossover EA on opening prices

I need a MACD EA which can open trades on the opening prices of candles once a MACD crossover signal has been given on the closing of the previous candle.

It needs to have the following functionalities:

1) ONLY open trades on MACD crossover signals

2) Close trades when SL or TP are reached, or when a new opposing signal comes

3) Toggle between using fixed lots and lots based on percentage of current balance (e.g. set to 20% and have $1,000 balance, so it should open a position as close to $200 as possible)

4) Must be based on MACD where Fast, Slow, MACD, and Signal are calculated as EMA, not SMA.

5) Toggle between opening Buy position on Buy signal, Sell position on a Sell signal AND reverse position opening where Sell position is open on a Buy signal, Buy position is open on a Sell signal.
