To create a simplified RSI MA indicator for MT5

I am looking for a simplified indicator to give the RSI MA.

I understand how to apply a MA to the standard MT5 RSI indicator, however I need a stand alone indicator which I then intend to use with the Runwise Config Dash Pro.

I need a simplified indicator that only outputs the MA.
The reason is I want to use the indicator with the Runwise Config Dash Pro. I know how to apply a MA to RSI in MT5, but that will not work with the Config Dash. 
I hope I have made myself clear.
The intended use is to determine if the MA is above of below 50.

I do not need the RSI signal (i.e. overbought/oversold)

Inputs:

RSI:
Period - RSI period.
Price - RSI applied price.

MOVING AVERAGE:
Period - MA period.
Type - MA type.
Apply - MA application.
Shift - MA shift (correction).

'You would need to get a custom indicator made up in Freelance that did that, i.e. combined moving average with RSI'

'You need an indicator that gives the overall result that we can then examine, i.e. does the calculations itself, e.g. MA on RSI then just gives the answer. '

If the successful applicant is unsure, he/she will hopefully be able to liaise direct with Runwise Support Team, as I would need them (Runwise) to confirm the indicator is suitable for my intended use.

Update: On job completion I would need source code, so I can work with Runwise to optimise their dash.
