Pinescript Code (Trading view) Indicator development - MTF Pattern Scanner with Alerts

  About the deal:  All the codes have to be provided by the programmer and the codes should not be published, posted in any other place or sent to anyone. 

The indicator goal is a PineScript Indicator that Scans a lot of symbols (forex pairs, currencies, etc) to look for specific patterns. The user need to input in the indicator, all the symbols to scan(ex:EURUSD/US500, etc..), the max number of symbols the user can insert will be determined by the programmer, I don't know what's the max supported number of inputs for this in Pinescritps. But around 50 would be good.

What the scanner will look for is Zig Zag Patterns:

Double Top Pattern

Double Bottom Pattern

Head and Shoulders Pattern

Inverse Head and Shoulders Pattern

A optional filter to all options above, only if next to a Support/resistance

ZZ showing a market correction next to a Support/Resistance (will be detailed)

I would like to scan it in Multi Timeframes and show in one window the results.

There must be custom alerts, including to Telegram.

The user must define what the settings for alerts, for example, only in trend direction, possible reversals against the trend, etc.

The Patterns will be based on the zigzag Indicator, and must be an option to consider ZZ based on candles high/low or ZZ based on candle's close. Basically the ZZ close will disconsider the candle shadows to define Highs and lows and use the body.

The Scanner must be able to display formed patterns and possible next patterns, for example, a double top is been formed but not confirmed yet, because it need to break the neckline to be confirmed as a double top, but since it make the double top, we can have the possible formation of the pattern alerted.
