I would like someone to build me a simple indicator that can provide me the precise data/time stamp (within one minute of the occurence) as to when the DI+ or DI- crossed up through a value I can decide on.

The indicator does not need to look back historically more than two months.  It is imperative that I have the ability to be able to "test" different DI+ and DI- values by inputting whatever value I decide to research, and it will provide the specific date/time stamp.
