An Expert advisor that moves SL and Closes half of the trade

I am looking for someone to develop me an EA with the following specifications: If I open a trade and the trade moves postively, at the point when the trade is half way to TP, the EA should close half of the trade and move SL to breakeven point. For example if I enter a buy trade with a lot size of 0.02 at the point when the buy trade is half way to TP the EA should close half of the trade leaving 0.01 of the buy trade running and at the same time SL is moved to break even point. In the event that the trade  goes negative and hits SL the EA should open a Sell trade with the previous lot  size multiplied with  preset multiplier. From the example above, if the trade goes negative and hits SL and we have a  preset multiplier of  3, the EA should open a  Sell trade with a lot size of   0.06. Note that for the trade that hits SL after breakeven has  been set the EA should not open another trade. This applies to both sell and buy trades.
