NEED Trademanager created with following specs if possible

Hello i am looking for a trade manager to do the following (included is a rough draft of the layout, things like font and such is not important

EA Title

2 buttons to enter market trades long and short using the parameters set bellow

Risk % [text field]  (this is where you enter  a percentage of your account size to risk on each trade, this defaults to whatis entered in the EA settings, Default value 1%)

Posistion# 1 or 2 [check box] (this is where you choose how many positions to enter , if 2 positions are chosen then the lot size is split between the 2 rounded down, ie if the risk % allows .05 lots, then each position will get .02 lots,  if the allowed lots is .03 trade 1 will get .02 and trade 2 will get .01,    if the allowed lots is only .01 then it will just enter 1 trade no matter what the position # is set to  this will default to 2 trades in the settings

ATR stop X [text field] = this sets a multiplier for the current atr value to use as a stop loss when setting trades,  this stop level is what the risk % calc above uses when calculating risk,  default will be set to 1.5 x atr

ATR TP 1 [text field] this is the atr multiplier for the placement for trade 1's TP it defaults to 1x atr

ATR TP 2 [TEXT Field\ This is the atr multiplier for the placement for trade 2's tp it defaults to 2xatr (if the next setting is set to trail this field is not used)

Pos2 TP TRAIL [Check box] if TP is checked position 2 uses a tp determined by the previous field, if Trail is set position 2 is set to trail price using the following settings default is trail

ATR trail start [text] this is a multiplier of the atr that determins what distance price needs to be from the entry before the trailing is activated default is 2x atr

ATR TRAIL DISTANCE [text] this is a multiplier of how far behind price the stop loss follows default 1.5

TRAIL Live CLOSE [check] this adjusts the behaviour of the trailing stop, if live, it adjusts by each tick, staying the set atr distance ,  if set to close, the traill only adjusts on close of candle using the close price.

((NOT SHOWN IN IMAGE)) Abort Trade YES NO [check] have a rex indicator imbeded in, if yes is checked, when in a short position if the green line is above the red at candle close, or vice versa , the trade is closed out.  default to yes, and have the rex settings able to be modified in settings.

bellow the settings, a info pannel that displays info, this panel can be closed 

ATR:this shows the raw atr

risk: how much total risk the current settings will have if trade is placed 

i'm not sure if this is all possible at all so if something is concerning please let me know
