VOLATILITY IDENTIFIER

can anyone develop a custom indicator that can show me a currency pair that is about to experience a huge volatility and the currency pair that is about to go into ranging. I do not care about the direction all I care is about massive moves whether long or short is immaterial to me. I am not talking about the one that will show you when the pair is already volatile. If the indicator can tell me the time when the movement or volatility will begin it will be an added advantage
