EA BASED OFF MY CUSTOM INDICATOR

i wanted to get my make my custom indicator into an EA 

it as a Entry(Arrow),  Take Profit and Stop Loss Levels , so its pretty much self explanatory how i want this to be coded besides a few other rules

DETAILS

-EA must Ask for manual confirmation – a message box will pop up with the currency pair and the Lot size already calculated depending on Lot Size with the option on taking the trade ,

                                                             i will attach a image on how it should look like and i must be able to adjust the Risk % Per Trade

-Must open 4 trades each with its own TP Levels depending on the TP level on my indicator (i do not want to do partial close)

example- trade number #1 will have the TP at TP#1 

               trade number #2 will have the TP at TP#2

               trade number #3 will have the TP at TP#3

               trade number #4 will have the TP at TP#4 

              all 4 trades are guna have the same SL, it will be at the SL level from the indicator

-If trade #2 reaches TP all other trades SL must be set to Breakeven
