MT5 EA/ Utility to add or withdraw funds from demo account

(1)   The proposal is for an MT5 EA or Utility that will monitor my demo account, and once the Margin level % reaches a predetermined %, EA will take the following actions:

(a)    Log into my personal area with provided Username and Password,

(b)   Add demo funds to my demo account. The amount of demo funds to be added will be calculated and rounded to 2 times the current balance. E.g. If demo account balance is $10,234, and Margin level % is set at 150%, then when this is triggered, then EA should add as $20,468. Since the lowest amount that can be added is $200, then EA can only add $20,600. i.e. EA should round up to the nearest $200.

(2)   Steps to add demo fund:

(a)    Browse to broker’s website

(b)   Click on “CLIENT LOGIN”

(c)    Enter provided Username and Password and Click “LOGIN”

(d)   After login, place cursor over “ACCOUNTS” tab, then click “Accounts Summary”

(e)    Scroll down to find the demo account number

(f)     Click on the “$” sign on the extreme right of the demo account number

(g)    This will display the dollar amounts that can be deposited into demo accounts from $200 to $5,000,000.

(h)   Check account balance on MT5 platform to confirm that the demo account balance has been updated correctly

(i)     Once done, go to the top pf the page and click “Log Out”.

ALTERNATIVE PROPOSAL

The alternative proposal is to have an EA that:

(a)    Adds funds to a demo account once the account reaches a predetermined Margin Level %. (This would then eliminate the steps stated in 2 above i.e. to log into the personal area of my broker’s website to add funds);

(b)   Withdraw funds from a demo account based on the trader’s wishes – This will be done at the instance of the trader, while (a) above i.e. depositing funds will be automatically happen based on predetermined margin level %.
