Requirements
The EA is based on the Hull Moving Average.

1) EA will automatically enter and exit trades whenever the colour changes. That means at a colour change there will always be 2 trades.
For example, at a colour change a current Sell (short) trade will be closed and a Buy (long) trade (almost) immediately opened. At the next colour change the Long trade will be closed and immediately a Short trade will be opened. 

2) Other requirements
Markets Closed – EA will automatically start running when the market Opens
Markets Open – EA will automatically start running after a disconnection and reconnection due to power failure.

Deliverables
1) Fully functional EA – that is one which fulfills all the agreed specifications
2) EA delivered as an EX4 file download file 
3) EA source code
4) Assignment agreement
On work acceptance the Developer agrees to fully relinquish and transfer complete ownership of all rights to the MT4 source code exclusively to the Customer in perpetuity.
