Мне необходима программа на локальный компьютер не для сайта и т.п.
Которая в реальном времени отслеживала курс доллара к остальным валютам и сырьевым товарам с мос биржи ,лондона, токио,сиднея,
нью йорка и чикаго. Суммировала показания роста или падения . только тех пар который начинаются с доллара.
Например :USD /JPY и выводила в виде таблицы (3 цвета)  красный падение ( снижение).  синий  ,нейтраль, зеленый -рост.
Считывание данных  должно производится с 5,  30 , и 1 часовом таймфрейме. В правой части  таблицы тоже самое только где бакс стоит 2м.
Например : XAU/USD
Так же данные можно брать с MQL4  MQL5 (это моё предположение) Эти терминалы заточены под конкретных брокеров и возможно
показывают не верные данные.
 Вопрос ,сколько будет стоить это  изделие .
