Time Frame Matching Signals Scanner

I have a mq4 indicator that I want turned to a scanner. This scanner will have in the parameter 4 slots for me to select a mt4 terminal timeframe or select none. Also the parameters for the original indicator. The scanner is looking for all matching bullish or all matching bearish signals from the [NONE][1m][ 5m] [15m][ 30m][60m[240m][1440m] ect timeframe. And if the indicator is showing all bullish signal across all the selected tfs I want it to print those symbols on the screen in a column. Same if all are bearish. So when attaching the scanner it should return on the screen all bullish that match across the tf and all bearish that match across the tf.
2Real time signals: after I attach the scanner and it return the results in 1., Now it should be looking for new matches when as they form. When those new matches are made there should be a pop up text and audible alert.
3. I want to scan up to [4 tfs ]for matching signals. In the parameters section there should be a imput for 4 time frames and the parameters of the original indicator. In the 4 time frame inputs I can select between these timeframes to scan [NONE}[1m][ 5m] [15m][ 30m][60m[240m][1440m]
Sometimes I am looking for onlly 2 timeframes to match sometimes 4 . In this example I should set
In the timeframe parameters 1m and 15m or 240m and 5m or whatever. Then all symbol with the matching signal is printed on the screen as result.
example: Attach indicator , then in parameters I select the original indicator settings, then I select 3 tfs,[ 1m][ 30m][ 60m], tf to scan. Now a list of all bullish symbols and bearish symbols with matching all bull or all bear signals.
Real time signals... after the original list is printed on screen. The ea is actively scanning for new setups .
In above example I choose 3timeframes to [60m] [30m] and [1m] tf to scan. Lets Say the 60m and the 30m tf have all bullish signal, then ....1m forms a bullish signal. There should be a popup text alert and audible alert with a time stamp in real time.
I have more details about the project ready for whomever bid I accept.
The most important part is being able to receive an audible and text alert from the new signals that form all matching bull or bear signals.
