Trades using Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator. 

i want an ea that will place a buy order at the close of the bar when chikou span , tenken span and kijun span  are all above the senkou span  a and b  and vice versa for a sell trade. i want options to close the trade and close the order when chikou span crosses senkou span a, sl by pips, atr, or sar

Please include arrows when order is placed and closed and email and push alerts and  a trailing stop option in pips, bars back breakeven plus pips. and sl by pips, atr.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
