Bollinger bands

An EA that initiates a trade when the 30 minutes candlestick cuts through the bollinger band , and closes . 

meaning the opening price is at one side of the bollinger band and the closing price is on the other side . 

If it is a bullish candlestick , a buy signal must be executed , with a take profit of 7 points on the Dow30 . 

If it is a bearish candlestick, a sell signal must be executed , with a take profit of 7 points on the Dow 30. 

Both trades must have a stop loss of 170 points . 

Also add the feature of closing the trade after a period of time which i could specify , for example close the trade at market price after 10 minutes 

Sometimes the closing price is on the bollinger band, this should not lead to an execution of the trade . the 2 sides must be clearly under or above the respective bollinger bands. All 3 bollinger bands should be working .

I also want a breakeven stop loss (including the commission of $30) .

If the candlestick after the one which would signal the order , also fulfill the requirements of signaling a new order , then it is fine , we execute 2 orders back to back . 

All this would lead to a trade if the Stochastic is between 20 and 80 and the RSI is between 30 and 70
