A currency strength EA using the currency strength alerts indicator

I need someone to develop a currency strength EA using the currency strength alerts indicator which I will provide here. Now the conditions of this EA is as follows. For a buy/sell the strong currency must be greater than the weak with a difference of 1.5 or 2 now this difference should be in the parameters so users can input their own difference. Now the EA should automatically close the trade once this condition changes. Now for example EUR is strong with 7.0 and USD is weak with 3.0 the EA initiates a buy trade it keeps holding this trade as long as EUR is still still greater than usd now once USD becomes greater than EUR it should close the trade immediately whether in profits or in loss and wait till USD value is greater than EUR with the difference specified in the parameters to initiate a sell trade.  Now this should be carefully developed to avoid mistakes and the conditions should be well understood.   Now it should have parameters such as. Breakeven, trailingstop,stop loss,take profits, value difference. Now if a take profits or stop loss is inputted by a user and it hits take profits as long as the values still hold it should take another trade immediately otherwise it will wait for another entry. This should be attached to only one chart.
