Level "0" = False/True   Cross (only sound, not message, Pop-Up, etc)

Level Up (50):

Up to Down = False/True (picture: 1A)

Down to up = False/True (picture: 1B)

Level Down (-50):

Down to up = False/True (picture: 2A)
