Indictor/EA referencing 15 pairs via tick data-

Need a quote for an MT4 Indicator/EA please.
The Indicator/EA will be updated by tick activity from 15 pairs.
I am ONLY concerned with activity WITHIN the current/working bars of 10 pairs for the audio alert and arrow to display on the price chart.  Arrows should always stay on the chart for history research.
All 15 pairs will need to be in a generic form(so I can put in proper pair names via user settings).
Works on any timeframe.
Attached to any chart.
I would appreciate the uncompiled source code file when the project is finished.
OK, here is the description:

PART 1 of 2

generic pair 13
generic pair 14
generic pair 15

Audio alert(no dialog box required), just once and short in duration, EVERYTIME the condition is true:

EXAMPLE; if 7 is selected as the input number for the alert/arrow then at least 7 or more of the generic pairs 1 thru 10 have made a higher tick than the previous tick OR have made a lower tick than the previous tick.

Specified number input option for alert/arrow must be any number from 0 to 10 representing the 10 generic pairs 1 thru 10, does NOT include generic pairs 11 thru 15.

On the chart where the Indicator/EA is placed:

if the alert is for an upward move, then place a green solid and small arrow BELOW the current price bar/candle pointed upward,
if the alert is for a downward move, then place a red solid and small arrow ABOVE the current price bar/candle pointed downward,
and ALL arrows will get re-displayed AFTER the program as been closed and re-opened.

With the price chart always shifted, via the menu button, from the right side to the left for space can we display 2 boxes side by side in the upper right corner and 2 boxes side by side in the lower right corner of the price chart?
The four boxes should have a white background with black foreground for the numbers.

If so, then for the upper right corner 2 boxes the first box should always be updating via ticks as to how many of the generic pairs from 1 to 10 are moving in the same direction as the last alert/arrow.
The second box should display how many from the first box, via ticks, are making new lows OR new highs in the same direction of the last alert/arrow.

For the lower right corner 2 boxes the first box should always be updating via ticks as to how many of the GENERIC PAIRS from 11(eleven) to 15(fifteen) are moving in the same direction as the last alert/arrow.
The second box should display how many from the first box, via ticks, are making new lows OR new highs in the same direction of the last alert/arrow.
