Modification of Existing MQL4 Indicator

Hi, I have attached a simple indicator to this job request.  The indicator currently provides the option of sound alert, popup alert, and / or email alert when price closes above or below a certain price point designated by the trader. It allows you to be alerted above the line, below the line, or both.  I want the indicator to continue to work exactly the way it works now, but with the following additions / enhancements:   

• ability to designate a candle close time (using broker time) to select the price point automatically and draw a horizontal price line (I am calling this the "Auto Line").  For example, if I input 06:55, this means that the price point would be designated and the horizontal line would be drawn at the price of the close of the 06:55 candle.  We can call this 'Start Trade Time'.  No price points would be designated and no line would be drawn before this time, and thus there would be no alerts before this time.
• want horizontal line to be physically drawn on the chart so that it can be seen (currently there is no line drawn, it is just a price parameter).  
• want to be able to select line type.
• want to be able to select line thickness.
• want to be able to select line color.
• ability to designate a 'Stop Trading Time" (using broker time).  this is the time that the sound, popup, and email alerts will stop being generated.  
• ability to select sound (.wav) file for long trades, and separate (.wav) file for short trades.
• ability to turn the "Auto Line" functionality on or off.  If "Auto Line" is off, the indicator would work the same way that it does as attached to this job request, except that the physical line would still be drawn.
