Moving averages crossovers E.A

I'm looking for a programmer with experience in coding moving averages crossovers. The E.A I want coded will have only two moving averages, The fast moving average and the slow moving averages.                                         a buy order is to be placed once the fast moving average crosses over the slow moving average from below and a sell order is to be placed once the fast moving averages crossovers the slow moving average from above.                     Once a buy order has been placed I also want the E.A to place buy stops maybe 20 pips above the current market price ( I want the programmer to insert an input that will allow me to choose the number of pips to place buy stops maybe I can choose to allow 20 pips or 30 pips or even 100 pips also I want the programmer to insert an input that will allow me to specify the number of buy stops to place like I may choose them to be 2, 3, or 10 buy stops the same will be true for sell orders and sell stops as above☝️.                                       OPENING AND CLOSING OF ORDERS.    If the E.A had placed a buy order with buy stops and say after 5 minutes or 2 hours the E.A generates a sell order. Then the E.A should close the buy order and buy stops regardless of wether in profit or loss and place the new sell order and sell stops accordingly.              RISK MANAGEMENT.                                  The E.A will be working with maximum drawdown. I e I want the programmer to insert an input that will specify the maximum loss we can allow in USD i.e if I choose the maximum drawdown to be maybe 100 USD then once this threshold drawdown is breached our E.A is to close down all trading activities.    Insert a news filter will be an added advantage .
