The system is a trend system, you
don’t use the stop loss, the take profit and trailing stop neither.
Basically you send the order when
finish the bar. f.e. When the previous bar finish, if it is red you send
a sell order, if the bar is green you will send a
buy order.
Yo need to increase the orders whe you
are in a lateral zone, with the objective of recovery losses. In the
other hand, when you are in the lateral zone you need to send a maximum
of 2 orders increasedd inside a bar to recovery losses. For this reason
you need to save the price of the previous and the last lateral orders,
calculate the medium price of each orders and send an stop order
increased in this point.
If you are in a trend zone you only
acumulate trend orders and send an order each opening of bar. You need
to save the entry price or the last and previous trend orders and
calculate the difference, when te difference will be 0, you close the
previous order.
Basically this is the basic work, I need to explain the stratagy in detail by skype.
