TWO-WAY-SAFETY-GRID

This is a Grid EA that opens multiple Buy and Sell Order as the price moves to each new grid level. When the Price reverses a set amount, the EA will Close certain Orders, E.g.

1. The 2 most Profitable BUY Orders, plus, the Largest BUY Order Loss & The Largest SELL Order Loss. Or,

2. SELL Orders Largest Loss & As many Profitable SELL Orders needed to at least cover that Loss.

There will never be more than 1 open order in each direction, at any level of the grid. The EA makes sure their is an order in each direction by opening when ever it is necessary, so the account is well hedged. However, their is an Input Parameter that sets the maximum number of trades in the 'Losing' Direction. If this number is reached, the EA will open only in the direction of the trend.

Their is a Video attached that gives a complete demonstration of how the EA is to works, so communication will not be a problem. My Timezone is GMT+10

I need adjustable INPUTS for Optimization, which is detailed at the end of the Video. 

This EA is required for a live trading account so needs to be robust in every aspect. I also require the Source Code and Copy Rights of the Source Code please.
