GRID SCALPER HEDGE EA

Hello,

I am hoping to create an EA that places an equal buy and sell order everytime price moves up or down by 'x' amount of pips,

and uses a trailing stoploss to capture small amounts of profit on a large amount of trades, based on the theory that more often than not price frequently revisits the same levels,

I am just trying to scalp a few pips at a time many times in consolidating markets.

I want a stop loss and take profit and trailing stop loss settings. So if the distance between trades setting is 5 pips if price moves up 5 pips a buy and sell are place, if it then moves up or down another 5 pips another buy and sell are placed, this process will continue as long as the EA is running. 
if  price starts at 1.0000 and it goes up to 1.0010 a buy and sell will be opened at 1.0000, 1.0005 and 1.0010. if it goes back down to 1.0000 another 2 buys and sells will be opened at
1.0005 and 1.0000. (profit will be taken in small intervals as trailing stops are hit. I want the EA to shut down if spread exceeds 'x' amount of micropips (5 digit broker.)
The trades will nee do be opened at market price or bid, so that spread is not a factor and both buy and sell are always opened if price moves 5 pips.
