Request to build a simple RSI indicator 

Requirements

-Applicable to all time frames (e.g. 1D, 1H, 1M etc etc)

-No blocking time periods, needs to work 24 hours a day

-Applicable to all symbols (e.g. EURUSD, USDGBP, incl metals etc etc)

-Input: signal level in percents (RSI values) to be set between 0 and 100 for both buy and sell, or just one for both

-Input: period RSI to be set between 0 and 1000

-Buy signal: green arrow up in graph when crossing above pre set value

-Sell signal: red arrow down in graph when crossing below pre set value

-Push notification: indicator must have push notification function based on buy and sell signals to be turned ON and OFF (push notifications for sending to mobile via mgl5 platform)
