Manual Scalping Trade Panel for MT5 binary index vol75

I do manual trading in binary .c o m mt5 indices like vol75 vol 100, 10, 50 etc and need a simple trade panel with one click functionality to set SL, TP, lot size (for each index it must remember my chosen lot size automatically by default) , standard trade panel features as below, mainly to do some faster scalping, 

Single click entry and exit, close all button

Set SL and TP

Set trail stop level and step (advanced trail stop features needed, this is an important feature- trail by fix step, trail by MA, trail by parabolic sar, atr etc )

Lot size based on risk settings % equity/based on SL distance/ fix lot size

Remember default settings for each index/chart separately (lot size)

Single Button to exit breakeven including spread and commission

Drag and move sl / tp on screen

Option to trade from mobile and yet the EA must run on MT5 and perform order management like trail stop

Partial close option (close part lots at x pips and rest at y pips)

Hide sl tp

Single click move sl up/down x pips (remember the default for each chart)-like a manual trail
