ORDER: EA for EMA (Exponential Moving Average), Bollinger, Closing price, Manually 

Note: this is semi-auto trading EA. Each single order will be setup and triggered by the user for EA to enter the market when the condition is met. After this order is exited. The EA will stop running for this pair of forex. Then the new single order will be setup and triggerred again by the user to start the new entry for EA.

Please kindly see the attached photo requirements if you can develop. I need a strong developer to help me code this EA.
