Indicator free is not mine

I have an EA that use an indicator that is not mine, it's free to download on Internet.
To use an special feature in my EA - the EA is mine! - I need attach this indicator to chart.
Can I put this indicator free in MQL5.com market?
I am not indicator's author. I send these question to moderator but don't get answer yet.
